Value of Early Case Assessment

In the midst of litigation, law firms, their clients and their service providers have many things to consider. With pressure from stakeholders, stressful timelines and extensive e-discovery projects to complete, it’s tempting to jump in right away and focus on the details later. However, there is a great deal of value in pausing to conduct an early case assessment (ECA).
